Ive been to billingsley's several times and have to say its good value and its a great place to go when your hungry for steak and a nice lunch or dinner. The atmosphere is nice as its slightly dark like a steak house should be, comfortable booths etc. Here's the important part that I noted. You can get fair to super excellent service here, but you have to know who's the best. There's a blond that works there, who you will note immediately as she's the prettiest waitress plus she gives the best service. I dont know her name, but she's right on the spot/type of service you expect in a real fancy restaurant.
